Ownershift has been a major push forward for my business. Their coaching helped me shift my focus to working on my businesses and believe me, this is not something I didn’t know already or have been told to do before but “how” is what I truly needed. The routines and training from my past experiences got me here, but they are not getting me there, to the next level of business that is. The tools and resources they provide are useful and practical, and I find it incredibly valuable to connect with other business coaches/owners who understand the journey, pitfalls, and best practices to help break through the the endless cycle of bad patterns. Our organization is growing and I now have been setting a clear path to the next level of expansion, bouncing off ideas to the coaches, getting feedback, and making uphill progress. You truly need to be ready to reprogram your thinking and “trust the process”, it’s not easy, it’s not a quick process either.. I highly recommend not doing Ownershift if that’s your intention. They’ll help you get to your goals, if you really want to chart a new course and get there.

Ive been in the program for little over a month and have learned alot my numbers are way better than they were more cash flow no giving back my paycheck to pay employees paychecks or to pay bills with their help ive completely overhaul the way we hire onboard and train staff if you own a restaurant and are struggling or slowly figuring things out and want a proven way to get your business profitable dont hesitate signing up with Ownershift the whole team is great and youll also gain some fellow entrepreneurs to bounce ideas off of

I've been using Ownershift for the past 4 months or so and it has been game changing for sure! Everything that was on my to do list, was simplified because they have not only MANYYYY if not all of the tracking sheets I needed but also the experience and knowledge I was searching for. They've supported me in making huge advancements and savings in my restaurant and I'm forever grateful! My coached Anjerie and Kim are pretty awesome as well!

These people really have bent over backwards in order to assist me. I quite literally have the roof caving in and my coach, Kim, just helps me to push ahead. When I felt the most desperate about my situation, she was the steady, calm, voice of reason.

Ownershift is the real deal!! Our coaches Dave and Dylan truly go the extra mile, and then another hundred miles, to support us through all the ups and downs of navigating this new world we now live in as restaurant owners. The resources we received are unlike any other coaching company out there (and we have tried ALOT of coaches, counsellors, consultants, advisors, apps, etc.)! The level of knowledge, tools, kindness, compassion and encouragement was worth every penny and then some. Dylan and Dave didn't just work to save our businesses, they worked to save our family and we are forever grateful <3

Ownershift has been AMAZING!! I have worked with them for 2+ years now! They helped me develop systems to make sure the bakery financials are in order each month and tracked weekly so I can stay on top of them. They helped train my leadership team and managers!!! Most managers/leaders are just given the position without much in the way of training. Leadership team gets a 8 week, once per week, hour long training to help build the relationships with staff, know the basics of financials, and why great customer service matters!!! Managers got a 6 month training, once per week for an hour long training deeper dive into relationships with staff, hiring, firing, marketing, financials. All the things to have a solid basis to manage a team!! Not only do I get monthly meetings with my coach (who is amazing!), they have multiple zoom meetings for owners daily that I can pop in to, bring up issues, get answers, or hear what other owners are experiencing and chime in with help. My managers get access to a weekly support call as well! Where they can get answers, chat with other managers about issues that are coming up and find potential solutions! I could go on and on about what they offer! Each coach brings a wealth of knowledge and background from the restaurant field! Each coach is approachable, friendly and wants to help!!! If they don't know the answer they know which coach may know the answer and leverages the others' knowledge!! I didn't even mention the Marketing Machine they offer and monthly content they provide for social media, email, and text marketing!! Definitely worth the money and the time!!!! One might even say, they are a life saver!!!

Before I joined OwnerShift, me and my wife working in the restaurant 7 days a week. Now only 10 - 12 hrs per week. Thanks to Brad Morton, my mentor. Brad’s really experienced and knowledgeable in this industry. Really grad that you’re my mentor!!!

I am so glad to be working with Ownershift Training! They have been helping me with my restaurant for about 5 months now, and the positive change in my business in that short of a time in unreal. I went from working 80+ hours a week with little profits, to a huge reduction in operational cost and my team stepping up (with Ownershift's direction) and allowing me to have a life outside of my business again. They truly do provide what they say they will, you just have to follow the coaching! If you are checking out the reviews because you are unsure of whether or not you should work with them, just do it, you'll be glad you did!

Definitely worth the time and investment. Been working Brad my coach and his knowledge is unbelievable. Being a new restaurant owner was hard in the beginning he Has taken me and my company to the next level and beyond. Helping me understand things I didn’t understand before and taught me so much that I never even would’ve thought of. This team has all the knowledge you will need to succeed.

The team at ownershift are fantastic. Any restaurant owner who is struggling to get organized, informed and learn about running a restaurant/bar, cafe etc in today’s economy would be hard-pressed to find a better group of dedicated, educated and understanding people anywhere across the restaurant consulting industry. Not sure how to put into words what Ownershift and Brad mean to us and the future of our restaurant! Brad is not only an amazing coach but has become a friend to us. From the first phone call to now (20+ weeks into the program), our lifestyle, our goals and our success are their number 1 priority. They have helped us reach several milestones, freed up some of our time and helped increase our bottom line 😊 I look forward to our calls each week and Brad’s encouragement and push to keep us on track. He has the answers or solutions for 90% of our questions/struggles and for the ones he doesn’t, they have an expert in that area on the team that will jump on board to help. Why waste the time trying to figure it out on your own when you can have access to these amazing professionals who have already tried all the things and made all the mistakes and have figured out what works!?! I started working with OwnerShift when I was so frustrated and overwhelmed with my business. And really didn't know how to make things better. After working with my coach, Dave, for a bit, I was able to get systems into place, get the right people on my team, and train my team properly. I was able to cut down the time in my shop and actually spend time traveling with my husband, plus spend time with family and friends. I hadn't done that in such a long time. I even learned to track my finances, how to understand reports, be profitable, and have a structured business. And having those systems allowed me to make time to plan for my business, where I wanted it to go, and attend local events with other business owners. And I LOVED being in a place to be able to do this! But, with a business partnership that wasn't flourishing, we decided that we needed to sell the business. And we were able to sell incredibly quickly with a cash buyer. Without the work that I put in to build my business with OwnerShift, we probably wouldn't have been able to sell and would have had to liquidate or not be able to resolve our partnership at all. But because I had the systems in place for my team and myself... and really just a MUCH better business, my business partner and myself were able to sell and walk away with some cash. And the team at OwnerShift was able to support me and my business as we navigated through the sale. Come if the best coaches out there because they are incredibly knowledgeable, have a massive amount of experience, and genuinely cared for my team, my business, and myself as a person. I'm incredibly grateful for how they have helped me. 

Nathan and all the other coaches at ownershift has been amazing. It really helped us out, especially when we were at our lowest. I would’ve probably closed my store if it hadn’t been for them. To now we are even slightly profitable.

We're 4 weeks into working with Andrew's Team and they have all have been amazing to work with, the content provided can be life changing if you're willing to put in the effort.
